Expression — SP Book 2 Playing With Fire

Description To save on paper, I drew all these straight onto the computer.

To also save on time, I had to narrow the character list down to people who actually have a name, survive for more than one chapter and could actually be called a character rather than a monster. I'm saving Finbar for the third book as he has a far more significant scene in that one.

Skulduggery Pleasant and his partner Valkyrie Cain (formely Stephanie Edgely) are back on the case, on the trail of Baron Vengeous who seeks to bring the Faceless Ones back with the aid of a freaking huge monster named the Grotesquery.

I always thought of him as the guy reading the will in the first book or the short guy in China's library

But then again, it would be awesome either way, maybe he could make cameos in his movies like Hitchcock did

To be fair, I do know where you're coming from with this! It's an old drawing drawn with a tablet that I wasn't quite used to at the time. Val's face is certainly "off"... and I just did whatever with China and Tanith!
It gets better as you get closer to more recent drawings, I assure you!

And, Friendly-person, that's pretty much what I said to my brother when I was reading the first chapter where he has the syringe. xD

Vaurien is cute and The Torment is spooky... But all these characters are nice and lovely. Especially Spring-Heeled Jack. I tried to imagined Jack but it was too difficult because my mind always thought about a witch with a broom... You could imagined it perfectly. Oh, and Gordon. He remind me to Brendan Fraser...
