Description Curse you eraser that wants to smear every rubbed out line across the page! Curse you scanner that wants to include every smeared smudge! CURSE YOU!!!

...Anyway, here are a couple of sketches based on scenes from book 6 of the Skulduggery Pleasant series, Death Bringer. I'm still playing around with China and Valkyrie's faces trying to make China not look so strange while also trying to age Val appropiately as I go through the books. The best Val is the, "He's lying." one. The others are rather distorted by the poses...
I also did something that I should of done in the beginning and that was look at skulls in profile. Oh, THAT'S how the jawbone goes! Now Skulduggery looks like a proper skeleton!

Yeah, that's why I want to smack/glomp Derek: He gives us all our favorite pairings and then crushes them and kills off our favorite characters, but in the end everything's okay because the book was epic.

Definitely. I like Desmond. He's one of the most lovable characters (and that's saying something, among the main cast). Glad Caelan got his comeuppance too. He was getting irritating.
