I had this fanfic theory/idea, after watching 'The mummy 3' that Mystery sacrificed his immortality or his powers to a higher being and in return Lewis would be brought back to life and Arthur would get his arm back. A girl can dream right?

Mystery Skulls song 'Back to life' gives me hope that a happy ending is possible.

Although I think that 'Back to Life' is too new of a song to be used for THIS plot arc in MSA, as I assume that at this point Mystery Ben has long decided on what he is going to use for the next two videos (And I know that he really wants to use "Magic" at some point which I can really see as being a finale song), I can definitely see 'Back to Life' being used for some future plot arc.
I know that there has been some serious talk amongst the Ghost crew about continuing Mystery Skulls beyond the initial 5-part video plan (they just want to get this plot arc done first before they start sketching out ideas) and I agree with you; 'Back to Life' should so be used during some sort of resurrection spell for Lewis as well as in a metaphorical sense for the others getting back to happier times!
I NEED that happy ending!

Sorry for the late reply. I'm more active on Tumblr and Twitter. I've seen this fan animatic of Magic with a person's OC and it looked lovely. So if Ben would use it for one of the videos, I can't wait!

I hope Ben and his team will manage to gather a big group of animators. The quality is increasing so much with each video! I read on his Patreon that he has used this money to pay other animators to help with the video. That way it will destress the current animators and maybe a quicker production line (I'm sometimes way too impatien with certain things, haha.)
