It's been years since I've seen it but I do remember a moment in the TV show 'Kenan and Kel' where Kenan dealt with a couple of boys who were firing water pistols at him in his work place with this 'Scarface' reference.I decided to apply it to a scene in which the Pepper sisters mess with their brother's funny friend and things just ran on from there!
