I always thought Oddish and Jigglypuff were two of the cutest Pokemon ever.  I love how happy they look together in your drawing.  Two best friends playing and dancing together

The coloring in this drawing is what initially caught my eye, but I quite like the way your Oddish turned out in general. The positioning of the leaves flows nicely; the way they sort of swoop upward makes it look like the little guy is hopping and dancing along with Jigglypuff's music.
