Description
Goal: Vision for sustainability.What: Digital matte painting
Who: All photographic images and painting by Bret Malley. No Stock Photography used.
How: Stone by stone, branch by branch. Close to 300 layers.
Where: I shot many of these images in the following locations: California (sierras), upstate NY, Peru, Portugal, and Spain.
Time: Several weeks non-stop

Great work, the only thing I'd say about it is I think there's just a bit too much light in this photo, if you see what I mean. For instance on the thatched roof of the house. But a fantastic image nonetheless
