Foreshadowing, perhaps?

I really love Candace's facial expressions on this page. Reminds me of the training montages from earlier. Really puts some characterization out there early on.

Wow, dude I love it! This is so pulpy and fun. You got the style spot on and the Golden to Silver Age storytelling and panels work so well!

I did try for that, but it's a little hard to feel like a success because I put a lot of practice in after this to put towards chapter 2, and what I have of that so far is a lot better for paneling and comic book story telling But it does mean a lot to hear! Thank you for the comment

Just keep doing what your doing and learn from each new thing. Like how I make comics is so different, more refined that I used to a few years ago. I put alot of attention into style, format, hidden meaning, as much as I can to make it as good as it can be.

She's really looking good as a superhero. That's also some really good shading on your part as well. As for the last panel, I can't help but see you have a little of Koudelka in there. The last panel really makes me think of that artist.

A little, but I think it's mostly that Koudelka uses references, which I've actually started doing (As well as the size and setting, and a little bit her face is inspired by Koudelka). As for the shading quality, I'm finding it hard to like it, just because I'm hard at work on Chapter 2 which is looking WAY better!

Welp shes still extra points... Gonna need a ply wood sheet to slide under that bed and left from under... (Spread the weight cause I doubt those bed bars will hold from two gripping points...)

Bariatric beds are designed to support a lot, but you are right that the bars are probably not enough. And yeah, definitely worth extra points
