Windragon Commando is the second stage evolution of Windragon, the hair to the throne of Tornado King Dragon.
Speical Power 1: Commando Tornado
producing tornadoes with both arms and giving a strong push towards enamies, he can create a huge drill effect that can even make a big hole in a mountain.
Speical Power 2: Double Spin Commando
Throwing a couple of sharp twisters towards enamies, he can physically give them huge damage.
Speical Power 3: Twister Fling
Grabbing an enemy and flying high like a rocket inside a twister, he will filling it to the ground with no mercy.

I haven't ever played the game, and I didn't know that Legendz can evolve. When I saw the preview of this I thought it was just Shiron (from the anime) with several changes...
