Description
Did a rework of Ocean Master's design for my Elseworld Universe.

In this Elseworld he is Prince Arram of Atlantis the power hungry oldest son of the former rulers of Atlantis King Atlan and Queen Orisia, whom he betrayed and had murdered by way of his alliance with the undersea mercenary known as Black Manta.

Arram fabricated an elaborate story of how he and forces loyal to him heroically defeated the invading surface invaders responsible for killing his parents and younger brother Arttur (whom he believed to be dead) allowing him to be elevated to the rulership of Atlantis and plot to conquer the surface prior to it being discovered that he himself was in league with the surface invaders and had plotted the deaths of his family in order to become king. He is eventually overthrown by his brother with aid from a rebel cabal made up citizens from the various city states that make up Atlantis and heroic allies Arturr gained spending time on the surface.

Now calling himself Lord Arram due to being stripped of all royal titles and rights after his brief reign as ruler of the undersea kingdom, he escapes imprsisonment and is currently exiled from Atlantis. Arram still seeks to regain rulership of Atlantis from his younger brother King Arttur even after being dethroned years earlier by his brother and his various allies from both Atlantis and the surface world.

By way of a handful of disgraced criminal Atlantean scientists who still pledge loyalty to him, Arram has had his inherent aquatic telepathic abilities altered to allow him not just simply communication with aquatic life but mental domination of and control over any ocean dwelling creatures within a 2 mile radius of his location.

His scientists have also taken it upon themselves when opportunity has made it possible to capture and alter various ocean creatures dangerous enough to be used as living weapons which Arram has taken to using in his endeavors to regain both control of Atlantis and the surface world as well.

Taking a cue from both his brother and nephew he has adopted the alias of Ocean Master in order to better establish his reputation to those of the surface world.
