Description
Did a total reworking of Zoom's design for my Elseworld Universe.

Zoom, the Reverse Flash in this Elseworld Universe is a mystery. The only things that the Flash has been able to deduce about him from his encounters with this equally super speed powered villain so far are :

a) He is obsessed with gaining access to and power from the Universal Speed Force and based on his cold, clinical and detached behavior and amoral attitude it is not for benevolent purposes.

b) Based on the fact that he has addressed the Flash directly by the name Barry Allen as well as his kidnapping and experimentation upon Iris West's younger brother Wally West, he knows details about the Flash and those who are a part of his life.

c) Zoom may be from a technically advanced future time line or even an alternate reality version of Barry Allen himself where technology is at a more advanced level than this reality based on the things he seems to know in regards to Barry Allen/Flash and his high level scientific expertise and knowledge.

d) Zoom’s speed powers are artificial in nature which partly explains a possible reason for his obsession with the Speed Force. His powers are derived by way of cybernetic augmentations working in conjunction with special synaptic enhancement interfaces build within his costume.

e) Although he seems to be more than knowledgeable about the Speed Force and capable of empowering others to allow them super speed abilities derived from the Speed Force on some level, he seems reluctant to empower himself in the same manner for some reason, most likely fear of some negative interaction with the Speed Force and his cybernetic enhancements.
