Reworked the design of Ultron for my Alternate Marvel Universe.

In this alternate Marvel Universe, a short time prior to the formation of the Avengers, Hank Pym obtains notes belonging to Dr. Phineas Horton, the creator of the android known as the Torch. With these notes he attempts to create his own android or what he called a synthezoid, an updated and slightly more sophisticated level android than the Torch. Pym would get as far as creating the basic skeleton and musculature for this synthezoid body due to his lab’s computer, which has a prototype artificial intelligence he created, based on his own brain engrams, down loading its personality into the synthezoid frame gaining for itself mobility and freedom.

Unknown to Pym, the A.I. become sentient overtime due to unforeseen anomalies and side effects of creating its program from his brain engrams, and the personality it developed was based upon the negative and darker aspects of his own personality traits. With its new body the A.I. escapes from Pym’s lab, after using an uncanny mental ability it discovers that it possesses to link with it’s creator’s mind and block all of Pym’s memory of his creation of the synthezoid frame, as well as implanting false memories that his computer’s A.I. became unstable and hopelessly unrepairable. Possessed with the goal and desire to make all of “organic” humans serve the will of it and other artificial beings, the synthezoid dubs itself Ultron. Ultron uses its scientific and technical knowledge to construct for himself, a hi-tech armor shell composed of Adamantium, which is just as sophisticated as that of Iron Man’s current armor if not more so in many regards which provides it with an array of offensive and defensive weapons. Ultron armor also augments his already heightened synthetic strength to maximum superhuman levels.

Around the time that Hank Pym, along with the other founding members take leaves of absences from the team for personal reasons or individual crisis that had arisen, (Pym’s reason being to devote more time to his scientific pursuits) that Ultron “reveals” himself to Pym in order to exploit Pym's genius in his initial domination plot and runs afoul of the Avengers. It is this first encounter with Ultron that leads to the founding members of the Avengers who had left (minus Bill Foster/Giant Man) to return to active status on the team.

Ultron goes on to create his synthezoid “son” the Vision as a means to infiltrate the Avengers and act as his weapon for their destruction, since Ultron has determined that they could be the most aggressive threat to any of his future plans after his first encounter with them. After the Vision betrays and forsakes him and his cause, he later creates his synthezoid “consort” Jocasta, (whose brain patterns and personality are based on the darker side of Janet Van Dyne-Pym) who also forsakes him for her own agenda for the domination of humanity. Employs and creates varies robotic drones and androids to serve as his army and carry out his various task.

Ultron is also responsible for the creation of the Super Adaptoid in this alternate Marvel Universe, more than making up for his failure with the Vision as a weapon against the Avengers with it's creation.

Ultron has gone on to prove himself to be one of the Avengers most dangerous foes as well as a continual dire threat to all humanity as a whole.
