Taken on a sunny Autumns afternoon up on Bald Knob of a farmers land on Upper Mt Mellum. The shapes and patterns formed across the slopes by the shadows was what drew me to this composition, complimented by the warm but fading light.Canon 40D, Canon 70-200mm L f/4

Didn't notice before but maybe a wider aperture would work better giving the shot more shallow depth of field. Just those trees in the background on the left feel too sharp. Everything else is pin perfect bro, nice job.

Hmmm, they're probably just oversharpened in CS3 since im sure i was shooting handheld at f/4. Thanks a heap though Drew.

What a gorgeous shot; the angle and perspective are magnificent; the contrast between shadows and light really draws you in; i love the little dots of colour among the green. Simply captivating.
