Haha actually I bought 2 identical desks and put them together.
Each desk + legs was like $75.

how did u get the tables to fit snug once you pushed them together?
did they just naturally fit like that without a gap or did you modify something?

I put them one next to each other as symmetric as I could and I screwed them together with 2 brackets underneath.

are those custom brackets? or from ikea? so you only have 4 ikea legs and the brackets? would it be possible to get a pic of underneath the desk so i may have a look?

Those are brackets I found in my garage, not sure what they belong to actually, and both tables have full 4 legs.
