Made him with the Free Opium base! God I love these colors and the glowing effect. It's been so long since I used the glowing effect I almost forgot how I did it because I don't use filters. And boy oh boy did this take awhile to do. Normally something on a base might take me an hour and a half total but this took over 2 hours because of how many times I had to delete the layer I shaded the glowing effect onto.
