Heheheh, it's a cutie~ I love the uniqueness of the colours, the fur/featherwork, the "hairstyle" is awesome too~ Love the headshape as well, although that's a personal thing I guess~ The hand-paws are really cute, too. I'm sure you're aware of the anatomy problems, but otherwise, a very nice drawing! It looks kinda like a mix of an avali and a sergal, kinda, if you ask me.

So! In order to improve~ The feet seem a bit off, the length of the toes on the forwardmost foot are too long, and i'd recommend cleaning up the lines just a tad bit- I love the sketchy look, but with a sketchy look it's important to clean up the lines a bit, so it still looks sketchy but doesn't have too much sketch to each line. The colours are great, I don't think you need improvements on those- not at least that I can say. The text is readable, so good, and the white offset you've done behind her needs to be more smooth and thinner~ One would argue that you could keep the colours in the lines, but that could definitely just be an artistic style~ <3
