Well that's a trully beautiful piece. It seems very serene and ... and pretty (I hate when I can't find my words ^^ ) The hair is particulary stunning.
But she looks kinda sad too me. I don't know why, but the more I look at this sweet angel, the more i find her sad ...

I guess I'll give a whack at critiquing. The wings could use a little work. Normally, in wings, there is a break from the back to about one fourth of its way down the wing. Maybe looking at a few pictures of doves could help. I'm sorry. I have to be a critic.
