Pretty. The wings aren't that bad.
Maybe if you made the feathers separate a bit more
and added a little faded fluffiness at the ends, then it would look more nicer. Also, I know I'm not good at drawing, but her face looks a little flat. It's just my opinion and I know your so much better then me but if you made her right cheek and chin just a little bit lighter, then I suppose that flatness could be fixed. I like her hair though. Nice highlights and lowlights.

One thing that I would suggest, is that when doing the wings, make it so that there is a longer kinda base for the wings, and then build off that...if you get what I mean...

Its kinda like if yo umake a base line, which will be the longest part of the wing, you use that to build off that with half oval looking thinks which make the feathers...
If that make any sense...?

I love this picture! It's very sweet and peaceful with the calming blue sky, no matter the fine-turned details...
Also the angel is just adorable in general; her expression is sweet, and her tiny wings are very cute, I think!

omg this is completely awesome!!! although you said you cant do wings i think you did a darn good job!!!! i mean personally i can draw big fluffy wings but i like these alot better!!! you did a great job with the shadowing anf ligting!!! the eyes look like a ripple from a pool of chocolate!!! its simply amazing!!!!
