I really liked how you shaded her arms but her face has quite an odd shading on it in the left side of the drawing. I think it's because it was supposed to be brighter. sorry for the critique

Allow me to explain: the hair may overlap, but the cheek is supposed to be a little more lightened where the cheek-bone-thing is.
