I drew up a list of alt modes and 'turn/spin' related 'T' words and tried to match them together.....I think I'd be scraping the bottom of the barrel if I did any more.

I reckon the Autobot scientists found a way of distilling sparks capable of withstanding the Jumpstarter process and yes, did kind of mass produce them. Only certain protoforms would have suitable, which is why there are quite a few Twintwist-a-likes.
