A Further introduction to my 'Chinese Zodiac' subgroup of Transformers.

A kind of automated report that has to be generated every time a shuttle or similar ship leaves spaceport.

Not long after launch, the ship disappears off Cybertronian radar. It follows the trail of The Ark to Earth, but during the flight its systems cut out and it too crash lands on the prehistoric planet. Seismic activity (that old chestnut!!) shakes the wreckage to life in the middleages. Finding no 'mechanical' life, the ships computer based the crew's new forms on nearby statues.

They dont use laser guns, instead they have traditional 'eastern' weapons like swords, staves, nunchuku and bows.

Just names at to moment, so here I list their alt modes....
KATANA. Hovercar. Will be reformatted into a Tiger, botmode will look like a Samurai with a, er, katana

HYPERSPACE. Spacefighter. Will be reformatted into a Snake and renamed Viperspace, botmode will look like a Ninja with throwing stars.

WORMHOLE. Spacecruiser. Will be reformatted into a Dragon and renamed Wyrmhole, botmode will look like a Samurai with a spear.

BUCKSHOT. ATV. Will be reformatted into a Rabbit., botmode will look like a japanese archer. (If you are wondering why a salvage ship has a gunner, It's not an offensive role, it's more defensive, what with the asteroid field that surrounds Cybertron. All large, slow moving ships have cannon to deal with them.)

FIREBRAND. Fire suppression platform. Will be reformatted into a Horse, botmode will look like a muay Thai fighter.

RAMSHACKLE. Fork-lift loader. Will be reformatted into a Goat. Filipino Esrima stick fighter in appearance, with 2 fighting sticks

GREASEMONKEY. Truck. Will be reformatted into a Monkey, botmode will look like a shaolin monk with nunchuku. (She's a Fembot)

STEELSPUR. Trike. Will be reformatted into a Rooster, botmode will look like a sai-equipped kung fu bot.

LONEWOLF. Hovercar. Will be reformatted into a Dog, botmode will have a kendo appearance.

SQUEALER. Ambulance/Truck. Will be reformatted into a Pig, botmode looks like a sumo wrestler.

RATRUN. Trike. Will be reformatted into a Rat, botmode looks like he's wearing a dressing gown to be honest, just because that's what Splinter wore in TMNT. he'll use a staff.

OXIDE. Bulldozer. Will be reformatted into an Ox. 'Bokh' Mongol wrestling botmode.

MEGABYTE. Strike jet. Doesn't get reformatted as he's mysteriously absent from this mission. Not many sleeper agents and saboteurs are stupid enough to climb on board a ship that they have rigged to crash into distant planet!!

BAMBOOZLE. Truck. The team's original Data Analyst before being replaced by Megabyte. Bamboozle was enlisted to the Autobot security services because of his data encryption skills. Absent at time of launch.

BOXPILE. Mobile Crane. A Launch Bay Dockworker, she would help load and unload the Zodiak. Present at time of launch, but survived explosion. Decepticon assassination squads informed and activated.

FISSION. Hovercraft. A ground engineer. Maintains the launchbay's mechanical systems and monitors the flow through its exhaust vents. Absent at time of launch.
