21 : Eastern mastodonMammut orientalis
- Males grow larger than females, growing to about 4 meters long and 3 tons. They are a common sight on the coastlines of pakontia.

- Commonly found in small herds in prairies and grasslands
- They grow to about 2 meters long and weigh about 150 kg-200kg.

- This species of cat is one of the largest mammalian predators on the continent and is an apex predator. Though it is below many dinosaur species in the predator heirarchy.
- It grows to 3 metres long and around 400-500 kg.

- This is in the genus βsecurisornisβ. It is one of 2 species , orientalis and carnifex, which is found in the western parts of the world. They are both around the same size , 6 feet tall and 200kg.

- They grow up to 4 metres long and 400-600 kg and travel in herds of up to 20.
- Often used for travelling by the local people.
27 : Titan cerakop
Gigantotherium deus
-The titan cerakop is a godlike figure to the peoples of Pakontia. It is the largest terrestrial mammal on the planet, growing to 12 metres long and 15-22 tons.
- Their extremely thick hide, almost a metre deep in some places, protects them from their arch enemies, titanovenator. This rivalry can be compared to t rex and triceratops or uktan and ghlanos. Every season as their migration occurs, a ritual is performed by locals to bless the two deities before their ground rumbling collision, where only one comes out as victor.
- They have been used in battles, though it was rare. Bulls grow up to 5 tons heavier than females and many are covered in scars which show their resilience and brutal life.
-Rogue males sometimes occur, these are old males who have been kicked out of their herd by a younger and stronger male. Sometimes they get out of control and are shot at with arrows when they come too close to an establishment.
