Polaricyon gigas

This large predatory mammal is an amphicyonid only found on Polus. They are the largest terrestrial mammal getting to sizes of 2-2.5 metres long and 400-600 kg. Their bite is extremely powerful, capable of cracking bone and their lifestyle is much like that of a polar bears, though they spend less time in the water.
