1 : Pakontiavenator gigas is a large raptor that grows to 6 meters long and nearly a ton. This weight means that it cant keep up with its fast dinosaurian and mammalian prey bit it has a secret weapon. A venomous bite. When hunting, it bites its prey and lets the venom do its work. In just a few minutes the prey item will be exhausted from the impact of shock and blood loss, then the raptor finishes it off with the final killing blow. Males have a large crest above their eyebrows as seen in the image above and females have a smaller pair of horns.
