You pull off the glasses look better than I do.

My only critique on this are the hands more specifically the right index/pointer finger, it look somewhat amputated

So am I, but in all honesty you can fix this real easily

Just hold your hands in the same position and look at them and compare it. That's what I do when I can't decide.

The left hand is clenched while the right is pinching the hat.

Oh I know. When I recognize an error on my sketchpad drawing it's usually an easy fix. The errors in the hand you have her are also an easy fix.
