I don't know about you guys, but I think I hated Pancham more than Zubat and Koffing. Guy's a dickSo obviously I got the new Super Mystery Dungeon game XD Been playing it basically nonstop besides to eat and update/exchange notes with who ended up getting it as well
I won't give any spoilers, I'm on chapter 12 and things still haven't really gotten serious yet, but so far it is indeed better than Gates to Infinity. I'm still a little bummed about no genders, but thats only a small issue compared to all the good they brought back AND added on (one of which being shown in the picture on my Riolu's arm
)I was going to draw my partner beside me, but I didn't really have time and it's not important to add her anyway, but I started quick ref sketches of both of them already, I just gotta finish and color it then I will upload it here. I just really waned to do this scene so badly, I never do gag stuff so I thought it would be fun to try~

I actually liked Pancham, especially when his character development kicks in, I really wish we could've seen more of him and the other students during the game.

I also felt kind of Sorry for Pancham and Shelmet after their ordeal in the ancient barrow, yeah they bought it on themselves but I think the fact your partner still wanted to save them was very noble of them, even though they were jerks I was so glad I could save them.

Not really since they can be used for both genders? Regardless I didn't go with the games choices of me as Squirtle and my partner as Treecko so that option became useless anyway

Well in the last question, it does because from what I heard, when you choose a "cute" Pikachu, you will see a heart-shaped dent on the tip of its tail, which means it's a female Pikachu.Β If you don't believe me, ask around.

I've scoured blogs and videos and I haven't seen any mention of a Pikachu with a heart tail. Even so, nobody refers to you or your partner as any gender so there's no in-game genders aside from the NPC's

There's not always a reason they put things in, for example the extra options in Sky. They served no other purpose beyond letting us pick another option to entertain ourselves with the results. They didn't have to do that, it was extra coding for no good reason. They just felt like it

I love the facial expressions on your Riolu! They look like they're about to kick Pancham's ass. Honestly I wanted to kick his ass so many times after he's picked on my Chespin partner. He crossed the line on Chapter 7 I think. Anyone crosses the line if I see my Chespin cry.
