F-106A 59-0119 assigned to the 2 FITS, 325 TTW from Tyndall AFB is seen on the recieving ramp at AMARC.I really did not get to see these guys active very often. Shame!

Were these planes suppose to be re-painted in case of war? SwAF had huge roundels, but everything was supposed to be removed in case of war.

No. These were CONUS air defense only. The earlier F-102's carried the SEA scheme seince several units deployed to Vietnam.
