What's the pod on the right wing pylon? Is that a cargo pod? It kinda looks like a single napalm canister.

It is a MXU-648/A Cargo Pod.
Supposedly these were originally made out of napalm canisters back in the day.
This is a place pilot's of fighter aircraft can stow their 'luggage' on cross country trips.
Here is a shot of crews loading one through the access door on the side:
These were usually hung on the CL (station 5) or the left wing (station 3) on the F-16 as the pilots liked them on 'their' (the left) side of the aircraft.
"Officially" we were supposed to hang them on station 7 (as seen in these photos) to offset the moment of the gun that was mounted on the left side of the fuselage.
Trivia is nothing if not trivial...
