F-16B-15-CF, 82-1030 assigned to the 422d TES, 57th FWW based at Nellis AFB and seen at Luke AFB in January 1987.Luke AFB was a 'Target Rich' environment for transient aircraft in the 1980s and 1990s. Note the Bergstrom RF-4C, the Meridian and Chase Field TA-4Js as well as the Randolph T-38As in the background.
