F-4D-27-MC, 65-0631 assigned to the 141st Tactical Fighter Squadron, 108th Tactical Fighter Wing, New Jersey ANG based at McGuire AFB and seen transient at Luke AFB in May 1983.
Note how the aircraft lower surfaces are no longer a light grey color, but the Southeast Asia camouflage scheme is 'wrapped around' the wings and belly of the jet.
