Description I had this idea in my head. It wasn't quite executed the way I had wanted it to since the extreme difference in exposures needed with and without an with a IR filter. This is what I managed without actually taking two pictures of the same thing and cropping, pasting and such.

learn how to shoot HDR on your camera. It'll open up huge possibilites, especially in this shot, since you'll be able to present your background in as much detail as your subject.
You'll get to see this as soon as I get around to effectively stealing your idea.
