Not sure about having her as an in game character. This may sound strange, but I could see her instead as one of those alongside the heroes. Smaller, but still important to the world of overwatch. In her case her gear could be something American police use regularly or are experimenting with. Kind of like how pharah's gear is a variation of what helix' forces use

Ya know, that's a tricky one. Maybe some sort of double-tonfa slam that is an AoE "EMP" disruption

Fabulous character idea - you can really feel the Overwatch inspiration in the design. I particularly like the weaponary - a tonfa/taser combination would be fierce!
