So this has a little story behind it...actually it has 2!

1st off:
I had to do an assignment for my Ancient Art History class and it can be pretty much anything we want as long as it has to do with what we studied...Russia has nothing to do with it XD I was drawing poses for the two characters I am making for the assignment and this pose didn't match what I wanted to do at all. The pose looked kinda sad and stuff. I put the sketch to the side and continued my assignment

2nd story:
After looking at the pose I thought of Russia (Ivan), why? I think it had something to do with the fact that the other countries are frightened of him and he is often left alone...especially with that backstory he has. Somehow the pose reminded me of that and so I decided to draw him...but I wanted it to look more, sad I suppose. So I thought, "How would a doll feel if it was just ignored and thrown?" So I decided to make him looking down, then I wanted it to be done in pencils, then I decided that I should make the scarf stand out to show his feelings and stuff.

After that long rant here is the creation! I drew it and finished it off in one day!
I want u dudes to tell me what you think Do you think I should make this digitally as well? Do you think I should add a potted sunflower or something? (that would be in the digital version, not this version since I outline in ink and it is set and stone)
