Description
If there is one piece of my PokΓ©mon artwork that can rival the Divine Espeon, this is it. This is the 7th piece from the same series (which I call my True Art series), and I put a lot more work into it than any of the others since Espeon. I also used some new techniques.This was also done partly as a Christmas present for my best friend, for she is also a Houndoom fanatic. I guess that's it... Oh, because of the darkness, I recommend viewing this picture with as many lights off as possible, it makes the details show up better.

I like how this one turned out. The coloring is pretty smooth, the proportions on Houndoom seem about right, and I like how you were able to keep the background simple, yet enough to add to the tone. Well done. ^-^ (I guess it helps that I love Houndooms ^w^

Its beautiful, that it is, but I wonder why the fire is spreading if it isnt touching the ground (it couldnt be, cause the houndooms leg is shown below the fire)... and the houndooms mouth isnt open to spit out the fire, which also looks curious.
But other then that, it most deffuntly is beautiful.

Imagine Houndoom's head facing toward the left side of the picture, spitting fire as it turns its head toward the right (Houndoom's left), creating a strip/wall of fire so to speak. The mouth is closed now as it has finished its flame blowing, thus the stream of fire coming from its mouth does not actually reach its mouth. *shrugs*
Other than that though, I'm glad you like it!

holy coweyoly that pokemon series sure has got different. I stopped watching it way back when before the second season started here in the states. Back when there were only 130 of the critters. Cool stuff fab!
