well is fantastic like a dragon fly, but maybe something like this... inside fix rim the wheel is powered by magnets that generate oposite force in chassis controled by some type of ECU. In aceleration back turbines hold position of chassis to fight inertia, and for brake there are one more with less power in front (in ilustration appear on but not working near of logo of the bike). The wheel is in 3 parts for turn with curvature of tyre and for diferrential, like a F1 car, different speed in wheels make turn by one side. The idea born of seaways... thanks for the comment!
