narrator: Kion, Rani, Askari and his Guard arrived at the forest.

Kubwa: "AHHH! why didn't we just ask Uchawi to send us to the Tree of Life right away?!"

Askari: "Calm down, Kubwa. we should be at the tundra soon."

Kion: "man, this forest sure takes me back..."

Upepo: "it does?"

Kion: "mostly happy memories and some... not-so-happy memories."

Zira: "we know, Kion... the cobra venom was affecting you badly, that you lost your temper and nearly went berserk."

(transitions to the past)

past Kion: "(furious) I'M... NOT... EVIL!!!"

Askari: "(voiceover) man, Kion... i've put you through so much that it pains my heart. how could i've been such a blockhead?"

Kion: "(voiceover) don't blame yourself, Askari... if i didn't get poisoned by Ushari, then my Guard and i wouldn't of went to the Night Pride and i would've never met Rani."

Rani: "(voiceover) That's true, i'm so happy i got to meet you."

Kion: "me too, Rani."

(transitions back to present)

Mstari: "man, love is a wonderful thing."

narrator: just then, clouds began to cover the sky.

Mrefu: "huh? what's going on? is there a storm coming?

narrator: suddenly, smoke appeared in front of Kion, Rani, Askari and his Guard!

Zira: "oh my stars, what is that?!"

narrator: the smoke cleared, revealing Kiume and his Guard (along with Rafiki, Wanyama and Makini with the spell book)

Kiume: "ok, we're here."

Askari: "(shocked) KIUME?! what are you guys doing here?!"

Ajabu: "we have bad news, 'Skari."

Kubwa: "what is it?"

narrator: Kiume and his Guard explained everything to the king and queen (as well as Scar's Lion Guard)

Kion: "a trick?!"

Kiume: "yes, your majesty! if you guys get near the Tree of Life, Udhalimu and Mabaki will trap you guys!!"

Askari: "wait, is this really a trap they're luring us into?"

Nzuri: "Exactly!"

Rafiki: "so whatever you guys do, be very careful!"

Kion: "we will, Rafiki."

Rani: "let's keep moving..."

narrator: as our heroes kept moving, Mwizi witnessed this.

Mwizi: "oh no, they found out about the trap... if Udhalimu and Mabaki find out about this, i'm done for!"

(Mwizi imagines himself being eaten by Laana and Sinun)

Mwizi: "I CAN'T LET THAT HAPPEN!!!"

Kiume: "huh?"

Kion: "what is it?"

Kiume: "i think i heard Mwizi's voice just now."

Mwizi: "uh oh, busted!"

Askari: "(looks behind and sees Mwizi) AH! he IS following us!"

(Askari grabs Mwizi by the tail)

Mwizi: "(tears-up) please don't eat me, i didn't mean to do any harm, i swear it!!"

Askari: "we know, we won't let you get devoured by 2 crocodiles!"

Mwizi: "(stops tearing) wait, really?"

Mwalimu: "Ono told us all about it, so Hakuna Matata, we won't let you get eaten."

Mwizi: "(sighs in relief) Oh thanks, you guys!"

Kion: "But how are we going to do that?"

Kiume: "hmm... say, Wanyama. do you have any thing that can help us?"

Wanyama: "Oh yeah, i brought you your Shapeshifting gem."

Askari: "wait, why do you need it for?"

Kiume: "Oh, you'll see."

narrator: so Kiume used the gem to transform into...

(Kiume transforms into an egyptian cobra)

narrator: ...an egyptian cobra.

Kiume: "(hisses) oh yeah, that's what i'm talking about!"

Askari: "an egyptian cobra, seriously? what's that form gonna do?"

Kiume: "well, here's how things are gonna go on this one: we're going to trick one of the members with a trap of our own, poison one of them!"

Kubwa: "Ooh, real sneaky! i think this'll work!"

Upepo: "Kiume, are you sure you can move in this body?"

Kiume: "i'm gonna try to..."

narrator: Kiume, however, couldn't easily move in his cobra body.

Askari: "man, this is just sad."

Mstari: "need any help, Kiume?"

Kiume: "yeah, i could use a bit of help."

Askari: "ok, hop on to my back"

(Kiume hops to Askari's back)

Askari: "let's keep moving."

narrator: days passed as our heroes went to the Tree of Life...

Mrefu: "we're almost there..."

Kubwa: "thank heavens, i'm getting tired of walking."

narrator: upon arriving to the Tree of Life, there was no sign of evil anywhere.

Kiume: "how strange, there's no sign of the bad guys."

Mstari: "(sniffs) i can't sense their presence either."

Zira: "and there's nothing here except these cut-out cardboards that look like Udhalimu and Mabaki."

Kiume: "hey, wait a second, where are Nirmala, Surak, Baliyo and the rest of the Night Pride?"

Kion: "No idea, we better head inside."

narrator: but when our heroes entered, the villains had actually set up a trap inside.

Kiume: "uh guys, look!"

(everyone look up... to see a bone cage land on them)

Askari: "oh no, not another bone cage!"

Udhalimu: "hehe, looks like you fools have fallen right into a trap."

Kiume: "Udhalimu?! how did you know we were coming??"

Mabaki: "my brother saw it through Mchawi's crystal ball."

Udhalimu: "(disappointed sigh) Mwizi, i can't believe you actually came with these fools."

Mwizi: "master, i'm so sorry!"

Laana: "i can't believe you've turned your back on us! now that you've done, you're lunch!!"

(Kiume hisses)

Laana: "(surprised) woah! is that Kiume? what happened to your appearance?"

Kiume: "I have this shapeshifting gem, and since these holes are big enough, i can squeeze through."

Udhalimu: "huh?"

narrator: surprisingly, Kiume was able to squeeze through the cage."

Kiume: "if you want to dethrone Kion and Rani and become the king of the Tree of Life... you have to get through me!"

Udhalimu: "i'd like to see you try, little snake!"

narrator: Kiume jumped to scar Udhalimu, but he moved aside.

Kiume: "(slow-mo) What the--"

Udhalimu: "Heh, how do you like me now?"

Kiume: "i'm not giving up yet!"

narrator: Kiume kept jumping to scar Udhalimu, but Udhalimu kept dodging the attack.

(a few moments later...)

Kiume: "(panting) dang, you sure are fast."

Udhalimu: "heh, you could say that again."

Kiume: "But i ain't giving up!"

narrator: Kiume jumped to scar Udhalimu, and as usual Udhalimu dodged it... but Sinun was behind him.

Sinun: "Huh?"

Narrator: and Kiume bit Sinun.

Lanaa: "SINUNNNNNN!!!!"

Sinun: "Ugh, you damn snake! you bit me in the eye!"

Kiume: "Oops, sorry about that."

Majani: "don't worry, maybe i can help you with that."

Sinun: "what? you can heal me?"

Majani: "yeah, although i'm a healer-in-training, it's worth the shot."

narrator: so Majani tried to heal Sinun

Sinun: "hey, this feels kinda good."

Kiume: "(turns back to normal) did it work?"

Sinun: "the cobra venom has healed! thanks, Majani!"

Majani: "glad to hear that!"

Sinun: "(to Kiume) and as for you, Kiume... (tailslaps Kiume)

Kiume: "OW, that hurt!"

Sinun: "This young lioness is fine, I can't stand you, though."

Kiume: "um... ok?" now where was i? oh yeah, ready to be--

narrator: but for some reason, Udhalimu wasn't there.

Kiume: "Huh? where'd he go?!"

Askari: "um... guys!"

Kion: "huh? wait... is that?"

(Kion sees Udhalimu taking the heart of the Tree of Life)

Kion: "Oh no, he's stealing the heart!!"

Rani: "get back here!!!"

Udhalimu: "sorry, we're gonna use the Heart's magic to create our own Tree!"

Mabaki: "that's right! (snags the spell book) so long, suckers!"

(Mabaki chants the teleportation spell and the evil army teleports back into Laana's cavern)

Kiume: "oh no... the heart of the Tree of Life has been stolen..."

Askari: "don't worry, Kiume. i'll stop him with the Roar of the Elders!"

narrator: Askari tried to use the Roar... but without the heart, the Roar was rendered completely useless.

Askari: "Hey, what gives?!"

Kion: "oh no, without the heart, the Roar of the Elders has become completely useless!"

Rafiki: "dis is certainly bad, even the healing magic has become useless."

Rani: "and that's not all, if the heart isn't where it's supposed to be, the Tree will wither until there's nothing left!"

Kion: "we can't let that happen! we must find a way to get the heart back."

Askari: "Or the Tree of Life will die."

Surak: "and so will the Circle of Life!"

Nirmala: "and if it does, there's no telling what else could happen!"

Rani: "what do we do now?"

Baliyo: "i don't know, sis. Kiume, what are we going to do?!"

Kiume: "we're going to get the heart back... even if it costs one of our lives!"

everyone (except Kiume): "(gasps in shock)"

narrator: just then, clouds began to cover the sky.

Mrefu: "huh? what's going on? is there a storm coming?

narrator: suddenly, smoke appeared in front of Kion, Rani, Askari and his Guard!

Zira: "oh my stars, what is that?!"

narrator: the smoke cleared, revealing Kiume and his Guard (along with Rafiki, Wanyama and Makini with the spell book)

Kiume: "ok, we're here."

Askari: "(shocked) KIUME?! what are you guys doing here?!"

(Mwizi imagines himself being eaten by Laana and Sinun)

Mwizi: "I CAN'T LET THAT HAPPEN!!!"

Kiume: "huh?"

Kion: "what is it?"

Kiume: "i think i heard Mwizi's voice just now."

Askari: "(looks behind and sees Mwizi) AH! he IS following us!"

(Askari grabs Mwizi by the tail)

narrator: so Kiume used the gem to transform into...

narrator: ...an egyptian cobra.

Kiume: "(hisses) oh yeah, that's what i'm talking about!"

Askari: "an egyptian cobra, seriously? what's that form gonna do?"

Kiume: "well, here's how things are gonna go on this one: we're going to trick one of the members with a trap of our own, poison one of them!"

Kubwa: "Ooh, real sneaky! i think this'll work!"

Upepo: "Kiume, are you sure you can move in this body?"

Kiume: "i'm gonna try to..."

narrator: Kiume, however, couldn't easily move in his cobra body.

Askari: "man, this is just sad."

Mstari: "need any help, Kiume?"

Kiume: "yeah, i could use a bit of help."

Askari: "ok, hop on to my back"

(Kiume hops to Askari's back)

Askari: "let's keep moving."

narrator: but for some reason, Udhalimu wasn't there.

Kion: "huh? wait... is that?"

(Kion sees Udhalimu taking the heart of the Tree of Life)

Kion: "Oh no, he's stealing the heart!!"

Rani: "get back here!!!"

Udhalimu: "sorry, we're gonna use the Heart's magic to create our own Tree!"

Mabaki: "that's right! (snags the spell book) so long, suckers!"
