Can I just dive right into this and take a walk with her under that umbrella? You've captured m favrite season beautifully. The art nouveau embelishment ands to the magicall serene quality of this piece.
If I may be so bold as to enter my two cents on homarusrex's comment, I believe the indifinable quality in the face comes from the fact that the quirk of a smile in the lips does not reach the eyes, therefore making the expression rather stonelike. However, I find the rest of the face lovely and am happy to see someone drawing a beautifull girl with a non-button nose!

I hadn't taken the time to really look closely at this before, but the background elements are actually the most beautiful in this...the way you handle the grass, the distant hills, the leaves...all the colors and textures work really well together! You're really getting this Photoshop thing down!
I'm actually not a huge fan of the face...it just doesn't seem as subtle as the rest of the image. The expression is a little unidentifiable too.
Overall, though, a really nice piece!
