Found: Route 11, Route 12
Stars Dex description: Its head is harder now and better capable of absorbing attacks. Its body is still soft, however, and it must protect it whenever it can.
Skies Dex description: Whenever it senses danger, it instinctively curls into a tight ball. Small holes in its face expel steam to fend off predators.
Pythetic, the cutest little snek this side of DA. Based on real world ball pythons. One of the more entertaining things to sprite so far!

The basic idea is that while it doesn't have super low stats, its a very frail Pokemon. Most basic touch hurts it on some level due to its soft head and tender skin
