well, first i edied the coloring a ton in adjustments, till it was mostly yellows and browns, then I did two or three simple filters over him, ending with poster edges, and then I enlarged the canvas size, to give it the border. and then I enlarged the pic in general just a few pixels.

Hows that for an answer?
