A show I've been watching lately, "Wilfred" is based on an Australian comedy by the same name. It's a guy in a dog suit who everyone but the main character sees as a normal dog. Funny? It has its moments. I'm looking forward to seeing the show develop at least. It at least inspires a bevy of ideas, hence this picture. I imagine Wilfred is an Australian Shepherd to match his Australian actor. He doesn't act like a Golden Retriever or a Basset Hound at least.Related content

I'm going to guess Ryan is the new Adam. I'm an Aussie and have only really recently discovered that there was an American version. Is it like a sequel where Wilfred gets a new owner after Sarah? I'm interested in checking it out. Everyone says it's watching.

I know he is 1/16th dingo.... pretty sure he said that somewhere but I assume he would be mostly Australian Shepperd, but he has a tail. they dont.... hes probably some run of the mill mutt.

i love this show so much. I'm a big fan! It's the only non-reality show that's currently on TV that I watch. Great script, definitely. It just feels like such a bummer that it has 30 minute episodes. It totally could go a whole hour with me at a time and I'd be rolling over and wagging my own tail.

The way this show is described reminds me of 'Mister Ed'. I haven't gotten a chance to see any of it yet, but if it's anything like that show, it'll be awesome!
