I kinda like the idea that the 4th diamond is red because then all of the diamonds (excluding white) would be primary colors. That way thier fusions would be secondary colors. Plus pink is just a shade of red!I might make a Pearl for her.
Her most trusted follower would be Rose if she were canon. I'm thinking if Rose isn't PD ( Which now that I've seen how big Diamonds are, I don't think she is) I would think Rose convinced her that Earth was worth not destroying so she told the other diamonds and after a heated argument, they fought and either imprisoned her or killed her. Rose then decided to start a rebellion and later met Pearl.

I know, She's not meant to be canon... I just thought it was an interesting idea since blue and yellow are primary colors. So Red would have been cool.

I totally agree with you on this! I think the series could have gotten a Red Diamond as well. My favorite part of this post is how her headgear makes the shape of a diamond.

Hmm, red diamond is considered the 2nd most expensive jewel of the world right? I think she might appear at the end as a hidden leader using Blue Yellow and White Diamonds as a scapegoat, OR it may be a fusion of three diamonds, is also a possibility.

I've noticed that both Pearls of Yellow and Blue Diamond have their gems in the same place as their superior, so judging from pictures of White Diamond, I think it could be possible that Pearl was White Diamond's since both have gems on their head.
But that's my personal theory and I think at this point your theory is just as valid.Β
I used to (and still kinda do) think Rose was Pink Diamond since there are just so many hints at it. But after this new Stevenbomb I'm not so sure of the theory because Rose is so much smaller than a Diamond and, if you think about it, is really the same build as Jasper. Not to mention both are supposedly Quartz.
But back to my gem placement theory... I believe that if Pearl was in fact Rose's, she would probably look more like Rose and have her gem on her stomach since Pearls tend to resemble their master.
Just my thoughts, I definitely could be wrong, but that's the fun in theories!

Not a bad theory. Mine was a bit different, though, and based in world history: The current Diamond Authority was preceded by another. Red Diamond (Blood Diamond, I call her) was a powerful, brutal general of the Gem army, but second only to her leader, Black Diamond. White Diamond was also part of the Old Authority, and ultimately led a successful uprising against her fellow rulers. Black was executed and Blood sent into permanent exile a la the end of the English Civil War.
