Thank you very much. I was able to present a print and some notecards with this image on it to Lynn Flewelling personally and she loved it, I was very flattered. She's a very nice woman and very genuine. I like her very much and I've made her some sketches on request that I only shared with her, some scenes from her books she wanted to see illustrated. I was happy to give them to her in thanks for writing books I just adore.

I've fallen in love with the two of them. I think your Seregil is perfect. I love the affection Seregil lavishes on Alec. It's as if he just can't contain it. And Alec's gaze returns that affection. You have captured all that is in the word "Tali."

Thank you, and he's my favorite too. I painted this for Lynn Flewelling and gave it to her as a gift when I met her. She told me I painted Seregil almost exactly how she pictured him, it was one of the nicest comments she could have told me that I did her character justice. She's a wonderful person. He's supposed to be very "Pretty".

I only read the first book so far but...nice! For some reason, I really like their posture and the way they're standing...it seems to capture their characters well, although I can't really say why. Alec's expression is awesome, sort of that vulnerable trusting look. I'm not really sure what action Seregil caught Alec in for him to be holding his hand like that, but a tender moment nonetheless

When I was doing this piece, I gave Lynn my sketches and she helped me "get them looking right" or as close to her imagination as I could.
