- Also known as Itsumade or Blood Basilisk.
- the Basilisk species are known for their Fear eyes. they cannot turn it off as many other species can.
- even if it small, it is one of the most feared creatures on Anuvina due to their clever teamwork and success rate in hunting.

- Dancer Basilisk lives in a pack with around 4-6 pack members and one Alfa couple. the Alfa couple is the only one who gets children. many of the other members are mostly their sons and daughters.

- when finding a mate; the male Dancer Basilisk will dance and display their reddish feather for the chosen female. the female will only dance with him if she choose him. Dancer Basilisk are mated for life.

- Dancer basilisk feathers are poisonous or rather the sweat of the Basilisk is and they smear it on their feathers. unlike other Basilisk species; the Dancer Basilisk poison is only deadly for those with a weak immune system. healthy individuals will only turn very sick for a week or two.

- the Alfa female Rooster Basilisk gets 1-3 eggs and the chick cannot survive on its own in the first three months. around eight mouths it is full grown. the poisonous feather comes at the end of the three months.

- Dancer Basilisk doesn't stay the same place for very long and only stay one place in a longer time when they are roosting. when the chick has hatched, they will follow the adult and will stay near the lowest ranking pack member while the other is hunting. all of the pack members are extremely protective of the chicks.

- males are the only one of the race who have the reddish and blackish feathers. the females have a more bronze to brownish plume. the larger image is a male and the headshot is a female.

- they are hunted because of their reddish feathers. many males are killed because of this and the lack of alfa males are beginning to thin out the species since Dancer Basilisk mate for life. it is highly illegal to sell or own Dancer Basilisk feathers and will cost you prison time for having them.
