Sans... is half human now... he will know all about resets; some history of the outer world, like "the Sun"; and all the bad and good things humans may do? OMG IT ALLL MAKES SENSE!

no and yes, Sans only got determination from a human but he will get some complications from having more determination in his system, hence why he bleeds.
Wingdi and Undyne have neutral determination which will mess them us in some other way.
Sans know tales about the sun because of Wingdi who are old enough to remember and also because of the resets
