Description
This is my first digital artwork (that isn´t spriting)The artwork is based on the Wingull sprite from Diamond and Pearl
Please give credits if used
Software I used: GIMP to make the design and Pixlr to color it in amd to shade.
Wingull is owned by the Pokémon Company, GameFreak, Nintendo

It's my first time making this and GIMP is bad with coloring for instance if I wanted a light blue tint I would get a purple tint instead and that's why I used Pixlr and made it look like Play-doh and I don't have the money for Photoshop but thanks
