The white stars on her boots and the gold accents on the boots, costume, gloves and cape are almost a regal touch, very nice. Β This seems more like her "dressed-up" formal uniform than her usual workaday outfit. Β
Reminds me a bit of that "dress cape" with the extra spangles that Wonder Woman occasionally (and briefly) wore on the '70's TV show. PeeGee should have a long cape/coat she could wear for special occasions.

Honestly I don't remember about old wonder woman outfit, in this fan art I only thought to make Power Girl a bit younger and thinner than usual... But I'm sure a long red coat would be perfect for her! *-*
