Thank you so much for this DD!! For those who may recognize this image, yes, it seems that many of us have had a poster or a print of the original photograph at one time. I found this image on an old calendar of tigers that I had ages ago... and just HAD to paint it!! It is one of my older works, but one that I thoroughly enjoyed painting. Thank you so much for looking!!

Thank you! Even though this was painting a long time ago, I know what you mean! I've since done quite a few other tiger paintings, and right now in the midst of finishing a cat portrait... with lots of grass and dandelions! Mind boggling at times!

There are two symbols of beauty in nature and you got one of them perfectly! tigers are truly the most beautiful amongst animals in the wild.

For me, tigers are the symbol of beauty for animals, while for plants it would b the Japanese cherry blossoms.
