Of all the works in your gallery, this is definitely my favorite.
Your work is amazing, but the reason this particular image struck me so much is the emotion expressed in it.
The sadness in the face of the man in front, the compassion, love, and joy in the face of the man at the back...his face says to me, "It's all right. We're here now. We're us. Everything is going to be okay."
It made me break into an instant

I really enjoy this piece, it's different and shows compassion between two same-sex lovers. While I am sure that is why you chose the color purple for the background, I think I would have chosen an earthy color (a tan, brown, terra cotta, etc..) myself. Beautiful detail in the body and facial hair. Great job!

I tend to use earthy colours too much sometimes, so I 'rebel' against them occasionally.
