Famous purple stuffed worm-watcher Colonel AI morphs into a facsimile of Raiden's girlfriend Rosemary from Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty.

I had a lot of fun trying to emulate the codec style here, though displaying the text was quite the challenge. Each line of text exists on a vector layer that displays on all frames unless covered by another layer that blots out the words. As a result, Colonel and Rosemary's lines were placed at different elevations to avoid overlapping.
