To give a much better idea of what Levins armor evolution does to his body and powers. I tried my best to describe it in the story but a picture tends to help if one is available

And as he was brand new to his new form he didn't have the best grasp on everything he had or could do so not all of it would have been used. But here be the mon himself. A defensive and supportive Armor Evolution that lets Levin help. To be useful. Something he really wanted to do so he could start to prove to himself and his mental rut that he was useful. Not just another goon. Its a slow process but being able to rescue Alephmon and himself from that situation gave him enough confidence to take that massive first step. So now he thinks he can do this. He can be a digi buddy and helper rather than being held back by what he had always been before. Hopefully he will continue on this growth path and not fall.

But the armor evolution, similar to how Levin is as Gazimon, is mainly based around the use and absorption of electrical energy. This can be syphoned off of other attacks but not to the same degree and would cause more damage to bleed through. Once he has this energy Statmon is able to channel it into himself to power up himself or more often into other Digimon around him to power them up. He can attack but compared to other Armor evolution his attack stat would be rather low. But his ability to boost that stat of others would more than make up for it in a larger fight. Just alone it would be hard - as it is for most support style characters. But boosting attack isn't his only power as he is able to 'jump-start' Digimon who had been injured or even de evolved though this takes far more than his normal boosting. And involves him attaching the defibrillator pads onto his gauntlets and then grasping hold of the injured Digi to give them a reset shock. Getting them back on their feet and, if Statmon gives enough, able to evolve almost immediately. He can also donate energy in a more general sense to heal lesser injuries compared to giving a massive dump of it to kick start someone who is injured. His goggles lower down over his eyes slowly depending on how much energy he is currently holding. Fully over his eyes and glowing shows him to be near his limit and he would need to release soon to prevent an overload.

His other tool is a collapsable metal staff which he can electrify for attacking purposes but as he is a second line fighter he tends not to use this as much compared to head-pats and hugs of power and healing. His ability of power donation however has a darker side. But at the moment Statmon has not figured it out. As the Freelancer Digimentals are constructed by them they are not the original Mentals of Legend. And have imperfections that will be revealed in time.
