As far as critique goes, dropping the lightest shade would be a quick and easy way to make this look more official. The back leg facing us also seems a bit off, at least the toes. I get that you want them to look like they're on a flat surface but when the front legs are at such a dynamic angle it makes the back leg look sort of bad in comparison.

The foot i'll get to work on, but the lightest shade thing, why shouldn't a pokemon with shinier skin have three shades? I started work on this one basing it's colours off of venusaur, who has three shades. I'd only use two for fur or less shiny surfaces.
